Yecon  is assessed to be the City-level R&D Center (Technology Center), after several months investigation for application and assessment by the specialists of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Finance Committee, Shenzhen National Inland Revenue Bureau and Shenzhen Local Taxation Bureau.
